No matter, what the specific challenge you are trying to solve, when all is said and done, you expect incredible results. While the term “results” usually means more profit, the definition varies in what you are trying to accomplish. This can also include better brand awareness, increased market share, repeat customer purchase increase, and a million other things (or as one of my legal clients puts it- I want anyone who tries to competes with me in this space to give up because he can’t beat us).
After working with 125 different clients over the last decade (on one off projects or long-term retainer consulting (I have 8 clients that have I have been with over 5 years consecutively-even without a contract ) my approach to generating great results has been so strong that I decided to create a proprietary process. Many of my clients have asked “What is your secret? Why do you succeed where others have failed?” Why can you do so much more than my previous guys? My answer is more boring than they hope, however it is also accurate. While I do consider myself on the cutting edge of experience and the technologies I use, there are no “secret tricks” that other people aren’t aware of or ways to “game the system” in what I do. It is simply a combination of incredibly hard work, a lifelong curiosity to better understand how people and things operate, and creativity. Creativity is the key-and that can’t be taught. I ask incredibly important questions because I listen incredibly well. These questions quickly cut to the core of a problem and in doing so, we can determine a strategy to solve it. Then I reverse engineer from the solution to present day and create a plan. It is a four-point tiered approach. It is scalable, repeatable, and applicable to almost every client and situation I have ever worked with regardless of size, industry or scope of client.
